Shipping policy

All products are shipped from our US-based and partner warehouses overseas. Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence.

  • United States: 10-15 days
  • Europe and Asia: 15-20 days
  • Rest of the World: 20-25 days

If you are located in some remote areas the delivery may take a little longer, but don't worry your orders will find you.

  • The delivery dates above are estimates only and calculated from the date an order has been processed and sent by the delivery team.
  • Some deliveries might take longer than expected if incorrect shipping address details are provided, unexpected bad weather, to comply with stringent customs clearance procedures, and sometimes other unavoidable circumstances.

It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our delivery team need to reach you if there are any issues during delivery.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, so please double-check your address details unless you want to give a stranger a free gift.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. We consolidate items where we can, but items may be sent in separate shipments due to warehouse locations and product availability. This may result in items arriving at different times, and for every separate shipment you will receive a separate tracking number.
